Stamp Duty Changes ??

From 1st April 2025, the stamp duty rates will be:

For people buying their main home who are not first-time buyers, there is a lower Stamp Duty threshold (also called the 'nil-rate band'). Since September 2022, this has been £250,000 but it will fall back to the previous level of £125,000 from 1 April 2025 ????
